Direction is The Starting Line's third studio album, following Based on a True Story, and was released on July 31, 2007.

The album debuted at number 30 on the U.S. Billboard 200, selling about 20,000 copies in its first week.[1]

The first single released off the album was "Island", the second single was "Something Left to Give". "Somebody's Gonna Miss Us" followed in 2009.
